How to Make a better day at work

It's Monday and it's the start of the week again. It seems that everybody's not happy when this day comes. Instead of looking at happy co-workers, i often see them dragging their feet to their workstations...and If I'll ask them what's going on, they'll just say... "Monday Blues".. oh.. so.. Hopefully i won't be experiencing this "Monday Blues" thing today.... Or should you have any ideas on how to make a better day at work ..I'll be more than delighted to consider them . Thank you !! ;)
