Do you apply for changing your position in your company?

Today I told my manager I want to work in the other departmen, because I think I can't learn anything from my daily work. I felt bored everyday. I want to learn more from my work. I hope I can work in the purchase department. I always want to work as a buyer. I believe I can do it better. Today I plucked up the courage to express my thought. My manager agreed that I can leave my department and the manager in the purchase department agaree I work in her department. But I have to wait the last result, because my company has so many changes recently. I hope I can work in the purchase at last. God bless me.

Now it's difficult to change a job in different companies, because I haven't the similar experience. I hope I can change my job in my company. I only want to learn more and I will have a better opportunity in the future.I hope you can change your job soon. Good luck!

I would like to do that but there are very few positions in our company. There are teachers, manager, supervisor, consumer service, training officer and the human resource. Its not really a very big company and most of the administrators are underemployed so there's no chance of changing a position no matter how I want it.

If you like the other position in your company, you shold try to apply it. Don't think there hasn't a chance in your company, you should let other people know your thought. If you don't like any position in your company, I think you should find the job in other companies. Until now I understand we haven't so much time to waste on the boring work. Good luck!

Generally if the company is good and the pay is to our expectation why not!!!in your case purchase also have lot to learn,gatther good experience,at the right time by gods grace u will be promoted or get an opturnity as u wish working like a buyer...i wish u too.

Thank your for your comment. You are right. If I can work in the purchase department, I will have more experience, which will help me in the future. I think I must fight for myself and I can have the chance to get what I want. If I don't let other people know my thought, I can't get the opportunity forever. I really hope my wishes will be true.
