Family Guy: Best Cartoon Ever?

I have been hooked on Family Guy lately. I have been watching all the DVD box sets. And Ive sort of gained a new sense of appreciation for the show. I love how it doesn't tend to hold back and really goes for the jugular. I was never much of a fan..But over the past couple of weeks ive come to realise how great it is. I think either Quagmire or Stewie are my favorite characters. Quagmire is just hilarious. The only thing I don't really like about it is is its over reliance on the 'flashback ' or ' cut-away ' gags.

I really love the cast of Family Guy.. Stewie, Lois, Peter, Chris, Quagmire, Cleveland, Joe, Meg among all the others and I think it's really cool that one guy plays most of the voices.. he must make a lot of money!! But I can't really say that Family Guy is the BEST cartoon ever even though it's one of my favorites. There are so many genres of cartoon (i.e. anime, children's, etc.) that one cartoon could not ultimately be the BEST!

I really love this show too. I don't know about being *THE* best but it certainly is one of them. I also love the spinoff series The Cleveland Show where Cleveland gets his own show haha. Though I think if the flashback or cut-away gags were taken away, it just wouldn't be Family Guy. I love those things even if I don't get them sometimes, I still end up finding it amusing to no end.
