Have you ever started crying for no reason?

I sometimes start crying for no reason at all. It might happen suddenly when i am doing something. My eyes fill up with tears and just don't seem to stop. I might cry for the whole day like that. Later I will stop automatically and will also feel better. Has it ever happened to you?

Yes I did a lot of time already. I think sometimes even if you're not thinking about something you just feel melancholic then just start crying. I'm like that sometimes.

i think i must have a reason if iam crying. it`s weird for us cry without reason or good reason

Yes, and then when I found out the main reason for it, I almost could not believe it. Let's say that your crying for no reason is linked to something in your past.

Almost everyday especially when I am going through things I can cry about other happiness I can cry about my own misery.

Some days I find that most anything will trigger the tears, then other days it seems to not be a problem. I think our female hormones are to blame for the sensitivity. But it is definitely normal, although the guys hate having girls cry for no reason because they don't know what's wrong and can't fix it.
