Are Nutrition & Wellness products of Amway company popular in USA?

I have found these days there are may guys trying to promote the Nutrition & Wellness products of Amway and they said the products could not only keep you healthy but also be able to cure all the illness you have. May anyone tell us if in U.S.A you guys also use these products?
