Moola.com verification problems?

I joined up on Moola.com a while back. For those that don't know what it is, it's an online gaming site where you basically play games to earn money, and the best part of all is that it's free! So basically you can gamble the day away and earn money without even having to spend a dime, and if you run out of money, they give you some more! I've already earned a pretty little amount, but I still have some that I can't access from random bonus winnings because my account is not verified! I asked them to send me an SMS over the phone, but I've received tons of texts from other people, but not Moola. Is this normal to have to wait or not? The only other option is to sign up for a Visa PrePaid card, but it has a monthly fee, so no thanks on that.
