New boss, new work area, new people around you... What is your normal reaction about the changes happen at the office? Do you think it's normal feeling that you worried for everything?

Change is not always adaptable to all types of people. Some people react openly and free to change while others panic, get upset and hate all ideas.
Me I take a while before I adapt then I work my in and well except that change is what we must do to adapt with ease.

Being new in a company is a very daunting experience. But it can be good as well. This is your chance to show your skills to people who don't know you yet and who doesn't have expectations of you yet. One thing I learned is that you need to know what you need to know, people you need to know and don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it.

It's natural to feel that way, even in a new neighborhood or community. That's why men have this sence of adaptation whein they try to adjust to the changes in his evironment and life. Sometimes this adjustment period differs from one person to the other. A person may adjust easily to a situation or a new office, another person may not adjust as the same way the other one did. These changes in life are pretty normal.
