Neighbours from hell!!!

I don't know about anyone else out there but I really believe that my neighbours were put on the earth to torment me. This woman's children are constantly hanging over my fence and teasing my dogs to the extent that they are trying to jump up and bit their faces. When my female had her puppies, these little sh*ts next door climbed the fence and threw rocks at the newborn puppies resulting in the windscreen of my car getting broken. When I had the nerve to face her about it and demand she pay for my windscreen, threatening her with the RSPCA and reporting her kids, she called child welfare and said I was abusing my children which is crap because they are my world and welfare discovered that for themselves thanks goodness but it doesn't change the fact that this woman and her brat kids are making my life and my kids lives hell. We can't even start our motor bikes in the yard without her calling the police for disturbing the peace. She is a bigger pain in the butt than me and that is saying something hahaha. Please is there anyone out their with a neighbour from hell, maybe we can start a club.
