how does the pay work

I am very recently new here and have already been in on a few discusions. my question(s) is how many do you have to do before any money shows and when does it show? And maybe someone could tell me how you recieve it. Thank You

I'm new too. Just joined today. I've red the earnings part where you can see on top of the page the amount will change daily. Since it's my 1st day, I guess I should wait.
