Who is a beautiful woman? To me a woman with broad eyes, well setting teeth, lovely smile and slightly curled hair is beautiful. Well figure is also considered to be beautiful. Color of skin is no matter. Character is also a factor to be considered. But I'm talking about first sight impression. My friends what is your opinion?

If you ask me, a woman with a nice personality. Even the best looking people will get uglier if you get to know them and they are not nice people, while plain people can get prettier if you find out they are awesome personalitywise. Sounds like a cliche, I know, but I really think it is true!

Hi,
I daresay, the concept of beauty is rather biological and individualistic. What is common is the sense of symmetry and homogeneity in physical structure. Men are found to be attracted to symmetric face. Some psychologists also suggest that a man prefers woman who bears some similarity with his mother. This proposition can easily be understood as to most of the men, their mothers are the most beautiful women. The concept of beauty also depends on race. A man will generally, prefer one from his own ethnic group. Some physical similarities often play vital roles here. A stout woman will prefer a sturdy man. This kind of preference is also found in other creatures. I don't think a smile will make a face any better than what it already is. But I do believe that a smiling face is more wining and acceptable than a frowning or sad face. Probably this also has something to do with the compatibility and 'survival of the fittest' theory. Thanks.
God bless you

Hi bhanu, a woman with big eyes and long lashes is preferred, but then the choice varies from one person to another. Big eyes denote openess and one can look into the soul of a person through the eyes, so yes eyes are the main thing along with a beautiful smile. Hair, depends on the likes of different people. Some may like it short, long, curly, straight, colour etc. Yes, Ive seen beautiful women who are dark and dusky, so beauty can be in any colour. Character of the soul and a good figure go to make a woman more beautiful.

What I look at first is the energy surrounding the person, a person that is happy, warm and welcoming is beautiful. I hardly ever look at a persons physical beauty.
Some of the most unattractive people physically have turned into the most beautiful ones inside. Usually someone else has to tell my a person is unattractive before I even notice.

I think beauty does get our attention, but we must remember, we all age. Therefore, this beauty will not be there, and new beauty will not come in at that age. So - beauty might score about 25 percent, the rest of 10 percent should relate to the way the person talks or behaves when we meet the person the first time. Thereaft, it can be taken forward. Honestly, that is something everybody would like! Large limpid eyes, and lovely smile. But there are really pretty faces, especially Japanese, Chinese, and Nepalese, who dont have those qualifications, and yet they would strike you as aesthetically beautiful. So defining beauty is like deciding what type of print you want on your clothes, before going for shopping. You'll never get what you want, and will always find something else that you would settle for. :)
