The famous sentence is that health can make wealth can any one understand me how can we make wealth with the help of health.

I don't think wealth can make health.If you don't have health how can you make wealth.We need health to do every thing in this world and we cannot do if we don't have health.So as a saying goes"IF THERE IS HEALTH THERE IS WEALTH".

well this brings in the subject of omega-3s supplementation for me which helps the brain as well as decreasing inflammation which slows the aging process. healthy brain=better ideas+positive attitude+better focus which are all good for creating wealth but of course health by it self is still a positive. being too focused on wealth i think can be counter-productive to health after all wealth doesn't necessarily=happiness. their needs to be a balance in life.

If we want to enjoy life or lead a healthy life we have to be healthy.It is only when one is in good health that one can work and earn money.Without good health we aren't in a position to work.If we remain healthy it means we are wealthy as we can earn at any given good opportunity.
