Harmonious Family relationship

This gift is not given to every family. There are some that have a harmonious relationship and some who don't. There are also those who seldom have problems and can be considered having a harmonious relationship.
What do you think are the ingredients for a harmonious family relationship?

For me it is having a good and responsible parent, it is through them why we have the so called harmonious relationship. If our parents don't give or show their love, where would it start? In our family every time there is a dispute among us, they are always there to settle things.
