Would you spank your child?

If you have children, have you ever spanked them? If you do not have children, do you think you will spank them? I have 2 children and sometimes I have spanked them when they were making fit...however gently!

I have a son-he throws a fit often,sometimes i go mad explaining why he should be more gentle,but sometimes u cant help but spank-after all,u r human,mostly i try to sort out lovingly,i try to explain things in a detailed way

I know I'm replying too late but I would like to thank you for choosing my response as the best one.With kids,I think that patience and time ultimately pays.....sometimes I also make up a story to make him see reason and to make him listen...for e.g. if he doesnt want to do something I tell him then I tell him a story to explain why he should do it and it usually works!
