I havent checked out WWE in ages, dont know why, but I still have a fondness for the business. Anyway, I went on wwe.com on a whim, and lo and behold Kane is the World Heavyweight Champion, and it looks definately longer than when he was Champion for a day. Well I hope he gets better run for a start and I think he can really flouriish after all, he is better than half the past World Heavyweight Champions. Anyway, what do you think?

I'm happy that Kane doesn't get so disrespected any more! There were times that he'd come up to the ring and get NO reaction from the WWE Universe. No cheering and no Boo'ing either. Now that he's World Champ people cheer again and respect him for his achievement! And he Tombstones again, That's the most great part of it all! :D

Yes, I think people were getting bored of his storylines. And they feel its about time he is in a good storyline and is champion.

I am happy they gave the belt to Kane, and it's lasted longer then a day. It still likely won't be the longest of title reigns, but for all of his years of dedication and hard work, he really deserves a real title reign. As it looks like his first feud as champion will be with Rey Mysterio, it's pretty safe to say he will retain the title at least through one pay per view.

we tbh its about time kane got a title reign , He was with the organization for so long and didnt undermine Vince's authority who kept him as a mid card player for many years i thought kane was wasting his time and WWE and should ve left but its nice to see kane back at the top again.

I agree. Rumours have gone about that he wanted to put younger talent over but, why the sudden change of heart if this is the case. either way, its true what you have said.

It is about time that Kane got another run for the title. He might not be the absolute best, but he's been solid and dependable over the years. That guy that you want on your roster, who is fairly entertaining and can not be that embarassing in the ring. The veteran that you want in the lockeroom and over the years, he has been a key part of WWE.
I think that he deserves a title run longer than a day. In fact, even if it is a couple of months, that's okay. I do think that this reign might be a lifetime achievement award of sorts, because I did hear a while back that Kane was planning to retire in about a year or two. So even if it is for a couple of months, at least that is good enough. If nothing else, there are far worse choices than Kane.

Well i guess he is still trying to find out who hit Undertaker although i also haven't been watching wwe for a while now. But he cashed in his money for the bank and defeated Rey Mysterio after Rey had fought with Jack Swagger and won the championship for himself.
Money in the bank was really a great match and Kane cashed it in the right time and managed to win a championship for himself. I hope he can stay long enough as a champion. Now i am interested to see what Miz would do with his Money in the bank!
Cheers!
