What is the one thing you have done that you regret the most in your life?
For me its lying and huurting to one of my best friends. I also told her that her boyfriend is not a nice person and tried to break her up. Now we dont talk to each other that much and our friendship is strained. We knew each other since childhood and well its just like I slap myself in the face and say "why why did I have to do that?"
Anyone regret something they have done?/

If you told your close friend that her boyfriend was not nice, and you did it in right earnest in her interest, you need not feel bad if it hurt her. On the contrary, it is a credit to you as being a good, sincere friend.
Like that in life there will be a lot of instances, when one regrets the action taken. In your example, had you not warned your friend, and she realises later that her boyfriend was not worthy, she might also feel bad that you did not advise her in time. Regret only for actions done in a fit of rage etc. without thinking.

well i do understand what your saying bu the thing is her boyfrined was a school mate of mine and we knew each other and I did not tell her out of her best interests its been three years they are still together i still doont think he is right for her because he is too bossy.
I wasnt warning her about him I was just to degree jealous. me and her never worked so we stayed as friends.
