In watching movies, where do you prefer to watch? Home or Movie house?

I prefer to watch movies in the theater because there you can experience all the visual and sound effects. At home you cannot enjoy them the same way as you can enjoy it in the theater.

I watch movies on TV from my home, but I like a lot but when we go out and go to a cinema to watch a movie. One well out of the daily routine, but I like to rent movies to watch on the DVD. There are movies and films, Transformers is to see in the movies, for all the special effects and best sound quality.

Nowadays I just like to watch films in the comfort of my own home. I used to go to the cinema alot mainly because of the picture quality and size, but, nowadays you can have a huge television at home in high definition with perfect surround sound, so why bother going out. It's far more relaxing watching a movie in the house also because you can view it at your own leisure, pause it, rewind it, fast forward it, etc. Picture houses have become more comfortable and friendly in recent years, but, you cant beat the comfort of your own home. Going at movie house is definitely entertaining since it has a wide screen and good ventilation. But I prefer to watch movies at home for me to enjoy the movie with the whole of my family.

It depends, if you have a home theater, that would really be awesome! But if not, the best way to enjoy a film is to watch it in a movie house! After all the very first entertainments were done on stages, theaters. That would just justify watching films.

When i see a movie for the first time, i like to go to the theater to see it, There is just something about a theater experience. Watching a movie on the big screen with all of your favorite movie treats is a great way to spend your time. Some movies i enjoy seeing again and again. That's the time for a dvd player at home. You don't get that huge cinematic experience at home, but you can watch a movie whenever you want. I watch a lot more movies at home than I do in the theater. Home viewing is my preference.

I prefer watching at home I am very comfortable and I can replay some of the scenes.

I also watch movies in my house mostly but I don't do that because I prefer it. It is because it is easier that way. But if there is a really good blockbuster I would like to watch I soon enough go to a cinema house and watch it. It's really better and it is made for that. When creating a movie in the shooting process I'm sure they consider the number of people who are going to watch the movie on a big screen and the number that are going to sit at home in front of the tv. No matter how big your tv screen may be, if you don't own a cinema it really changes the experience. And the buying of the popcorn is also a part of the process. I can say that when someone goes for a sole purpose of doing something, like watching a movie in a cinema, it really gets to him. I mean that he is totally focused on that one thing and this makes it stronger and brighter. Let's put watching the Black Knight on a cinema and watching the movie at home. It completely changes the way you would feel about the movie. I know because I've watched on both cinema and home video.

Definitely Home - Stuck in a closed, dark room for 3 hours on your butt with nothing but popcorn and a large screen staring at you...and where's the loo when you need one?

I love watching movies in theaters especially when that movie is a hit! I mostly watch those animated or 3D movies in theaters. Love it when there's a huge casting and amazing visual and sound effects. But there's more than happier watching movies at home with your family or friends with a big box of popcorn and large bottled of soda. ;)

From the comfort of my home. I can stretch out and get comfy eat anything i want.. GUESS WHAT WITHOUT PAYING HEHEHEHE!

For me watching movies in a movie theater takes time. While when watching a home i can do something else too. Just like Napoleon. LOL

Yes. If only the quality of the dvd is as good as the one in the movie house, I would definitely and always watch movies at home. I'd never go to the cinema anymore. I usually just buy a dvd and watch movies at home. Once in a while, like once a month, I go to the movies with my friends, esp. if it is movie with great special effects. Watching movies at the cinema is getting more expensive now.

I like watching movies at home because it's very comfortable. You can get up to get something to eat or drink whenever you want without bothering anyone. And it's much cheaper. The theater these days is just too expensive. Unless the movie is worth watching in the big screen, I just wait for it to come out on DVD.

if i am with my boyfriend i would prefer movie house but with family that would be at home.

I prefer to watch blockbuster movies or movies with great visual effects on a movie house, in 3d if there is. While, it's okay for me to watch drama or chick flicks at home with my family.

well i usually watch movies at my home dvd players. but if i may chose i would rather to watch movies on the theater. i like kind of movies with great effects, sound and scenes and i can not get those by watching at home. thats why i like watching great movies on the theater so that i can enjoy the movie effects greater...

i still prefer the watching movies in the movie house first then watch it again in the comforts of my home later on.. i like it better in the movie house because aside fromt he quality of the picture is greater.., the screen is bigger and it's really cold inside..it's nice to cuddle with my partner in there with popcorn and some drinks...when i'm at home.., i end up sleeping while watching movies because i tend to lie down instead of sitting ...lols
