Does anybody know anything about NotchUp?

I've been invited to join NotchUp.com. Is anyone of you a member of that? Is it a good way to earn money? Thanks in advance for your responses!

The website pay you to help them choose the most suitable candidate for the job positions of their customers. All things you need to do are find the most suitable candidates, rank them and submit them. Then you will compare the candidates that other memebers submited. The more accurate your work, the more money they will pay you. I have try them once before. I just earned $0.35 after one week. I think that site is not suitable with my skill.

Could I ask....are you the one who is supposed to supply the resumes or you will just pick from the list of resumes that they will provide you? Thanks for your response!
