This is how it works: 1) Open an account at ebay, then open a paypal account! 2) Find the items that you want, some will have "buy it now" you can pay for the item without going through an auction. Some have an auction and you can place a bid. If you win, then ebay will have a "pay now", in your ebay account or in your email account. 3) After you pay, then they will mail your item, from the address that you provided when you signed up (make sure it's correct)! If it's a big item such as a car, furniture, or other big items, than you can pick up! Check the seller's listing for a pick up option, for smaller items if you live close to them. You will have to use a credit card, debit card, ebay gift card, or a green dot refill card! You can also link your bank account to paypal and pay that way! I use the green dot refill, but I also have paypal buyer's credit!

It's not really eBay who delivers the item to you. You purchase the item directly from a seller and as soon as you pay the seller will ship the items to you. Depending on where you are located usually the items are shipped via courier. If you plan on purchasing items from eBay, I suggest you read the seller's shipping terms or you can ask the seller.
