We have a package of Pork St. Louis Style Ribs. The temperature here is above 100 so we aren't able to cook them on the grill as usual. Does anyone know of a way we can cook them inside and have them come out delicious?? I'm not a cooker of ribs, never cooked them in my life!

I suggest you a recipe for pork ribs in the oven.
Ingredients: pork ribs, soy sauce, honey mustard, garlic powder, cumin, pepper, red pepper and some water.
Preparation:
- Cut the ribs into portions.
- Spreading them with a little honey, mustard and soy sauce.
- Order them in a pan with some water and sprinkle with spices.
- Bake at 200 degrees, turning to bake evenly on all sides.
I hope I explained well :)

Well, if it's that hot you don't want to do them in the oven. I do my ribs in a crock pot/slow cooker. I just throw the pack of ribs in and dump a bottle of barbecue sauce over top and turn it on. 8 hours later I've got really tender ribs! You also could use any flavor of marinade you want instead of barbecue sauce.
