I grill a pretty mean steak :D. Also, I am good at cooking some pork chops, burgers, ribs, etc. Really haven't tried grilling much other than that. I have tried to grill fish and shrimp, the shrimp turned out good, but I don't know why I can't grill fish too well. I can never make up my mind when i should take it off the grill and it ends up getting a little too tough and overcooked. I think though that I could cook it better if I had more room on the grill, and was grilling less at a time. Most of the time when I grill I am cooking around 8 steaks, 15 burgers, etc, at a time, with a grill that doesn't heat evenly.

I think my signature dish would be my enchiladas. They are really good, if I do say so myself! LOL! My family eats them up and always wants more. My husband cooks quite often as well. I think his signature dish is roast beef. He does a really good job with it and it always tastes awesome. It basically melts in your mouth!

I love to cook and try a variety of things. However, my vegetarian chili and tempeh stew are two of the dishes that other people seem to love the most. I must admit, they are fantastic.
I'm also pretty good at plating food. Not only can I cook a nice-looking dish, I can make it look gorgeous on the plate.

I'm not much of a cook. I enjoy doing it but I wouldn't consider myself a chef by any means! If I had to choose one thing though that I think I make the best (and my husband would agree..) It's meatloaf! I have some tweaks in my recipe that make it taste a little different than your original meatloaf, it's healthier AND it's moister than your typical meatloaf. YUM YUM! Made me hungry for it... just might have to make that now this week! lol

I am a pasta lover ever since. It is easy to make and you can just whip it up with any ingredients. Whenever I crave for pasta I cook my signature dish which is Pasta Alfredo. It is made of creamy sauce tossed with mushroom, chicken and parmesan cheese. I also serve it during gatherings and my friends love its creamy goodness.

I don't really have to cook anything, but if I had to say, I mean a meaan ramen. It's obviously one of the most difficult things to cook, and I have mastered it completely. Most people love my ramen, because there is nothing I have done wrong at all. I believe that my signature dish is a nice steaming hot bowl of chicken ramen noodles. :]

I do a great Greek dish which is basically Lemon and garlic chicken and potatoes in the oven. I also add other veggies usually, but the original recipe calls for potatoes only. It is soooo yummy!
