This is part 3 about ptc.
When a ptc site owner had no money to pay his members,he gave up his members and became scam.For him,his members was only tools to earn money,in another words,for him,his members is not necessary.
I think it is normal instead of evil,and if I am a ptc owner who had no money to pay,I will disappear,how about you,eh?

This is basically the mentality of all scam site owners. If only they would be honest with their members and you know that feature that admins have that sends memos and or global emails to their members. May be a simple I am sorry but circumstances beyond my control I am not able to make all payouts. I will try to pay all as soon as I can, or I will not be able to pay everyone, would quite suffice, instead of hiding their tails behind their legs and running.
Sorry I cannot agree as to date I have yet to be scammed and if I would be some day I would not think this to be funny one bit.
