My best responses

After choosing best response for my discussions, I visit the page where the collection of my best responses placed. I saw there are only 25 out of 1189 post I made. It's about 2.1% of my participation. I think this is bad, very bad. What do you think? How about you? Come on, share with us here!

I don't think that is so bad! I don't have that many best responses either, probably about 5 or so, which isn't that much.
You have to take in mind that a lot of people don't even choose a best response! And if you respond to discussions that get a lot of responses, the chances are smaller that you will be chosen.
Don't take it personally, I think a better way of seeing how people appreciate you here on mylot, is by looking at your rating.

Thank you maclanis. Honest, I am happy my responses were chosen as the best response. For me, best response is one of indicator of my participation. I always try to post responses the best I can.
You are right, I should not measure myself just by amount of best responses I got. Many member of mylot appreciate me much. Thanks to you all. By the way, you are better than me, mac

I'm worse than you, I have only 20 in my 1000 responses. The proportion is only 2%.
But no problem to me, what I did is only share my opinions, as for whether they fitted the starter, it's out of my consideration.

That's doesn't mean anything anything. Sometimes, best response doesn't really indicate that the response are the best among the others. It's just indicate that the response meet the owner demand. However, if my response is chosen as the best, I am very happy

Hello! I don't even have any my best response yet. But that is perfectly fine with me because i know that a lot of very opinionated people here are very active so they get to be chosen as the best response. I love responding a lot and I really do not worry about it at all. as long as i have a very honest opinion having posted. If there are no responses in your topic then how will you be able to choose the best response. But as for me, i am choosing the best response if i find the key word or the key phrase i am looking for.

Hello aaronfyzeon,
It's doesn't matter. You are new here. I think best response won't affected anything unless if the owner or others rate (+) for the best response. By rated (+), our ratting will be increase. However, best response is kind of appreciation for me. By choosing best response, the owner of discussion appreciate the effort of other members who has responded to the discussion. By the way, thanks for responding my discussion, and happy mylotting .

lol hello, its going to take a while to resolve all them :) just to cheer you up i have none so you wont have to worry about me, i read your last post and immedietly went and resollved mine thank god i only had about 8 as new here good luck with the hours ahead of you lol and thank you for alerting me to the unresolved button :)................ lol x

Thank you for responding my discussion sunset, however that was not I mean by my discussion. I think you are quite out of topic. Did you read my discussion entirely? I talked about best responses I got and not about choosing best response for my unresolved discussions. I hope you have read my discussions entirely and just misunderstanding.
