i love water.

i really do love drinking water. every morning when i wake up i always drink 2 glasses of water before i brush my teeth after i brushed my teeth i drink again another 2 glass of water.i always make sure also when i go to comfort room for peeping i must drink another glass of water.and because of it i always go to comfort room always. i know that water is very important in our body. im very an action person. i always want to have something to do everyday that involve my mind and body. i love sports and i used to go to the gym

I enjoy deinking water. i prefer mine with crushed ice in it to make it coler and more refreshing. There is no better thirst quencher than water and no calories to worry about. Our bodies need water. Why not drink something your body needs?

Hi gaylalou, That is great as water is much better for the body than sodas etc. I drink 3 or 4 cups of tea every day but other than that it's usually water. Keep up the good work. Blessings.

I am a great water drinker also, I never drink anything except coffee in the morning and water the rest of the day. My body stays healthy because of drinking wter insead of soda which most drink in our country.
