Psychology is the same as MBBS,A general doctor is named as MBBS doctor,a person who see bones,joints,retinas etc known as psychologist,every one will know that a open heart surgery will be done by the cardiologist but with out psychologist these operations are not done are not known to all,bone problems ,swelling,muscle tension are cleared only by the psychologist,treatment will be slow and recovery will be good,,,give ur ideas related to this topic.

Im unsure what you mean by this post. But psychologists play a very important role in todays society. Without psychologists the members of our society would have a lot more problems. Im currently studying to be a forensic psychologsist, and i know that although im not actually performing any medical treatments, i will still be classed a doctor, a doctor of the mind and the way in which it works.

Maybe you are mistaken the doctor for the Eyes are OPTHALMOLOGIST, the one that is given a Cardiopulmonary clearance for Surgery is the INTERNAL MEDICINE; PSYCHOLOGIST they are giving psychological advise and yes they are needed so that people can cope up with their stress and problems; CARDIOLOGISTS are those for cardiac problems; Doctors that are for the bones, scoliosis etc. they are called ORTHOPEDICS.
