My inbox is just so full of this unsolicited referral links by new users. I can understand we all want to make some money but please have the decency to wait being asked for it or else don't just randomly send this referral links especially when the person did not ask you. It's really irritating to get this ref link sent twice in a week to your inbox. Next time I'll have to report you to admin really.
Have you ever encountered this.

I totally agree with you, as a result I am no longer accepting anyone with any few than 50 posts minimum.

That is a good idea some mylotter's said here, don't accept them if they have a low number. I should have seen this before I accepted 2 with a (0) next to their name..I should have known and hope I don't get messages, but if I do, I will contact them one time to stop, if they continue I will report them..

Yeah, call me slow, but now I realize the (0) means "I am here to recruit you to my site."

That's true manleyjoe, but to have no posts or replies in a week makes it suspicious..Now if they just signed up, it could be they need someone to guide them and I have with with of my friends and yet they still don't get it..

I fail to understand why these new breed of mylotters are taking advantage of their free membership to get new contacts for their personal gains. For that reasons I have not admitted any new members who are still not showing any sign of activities in mylot. They should prove that they are genuine by atleast posting a discussion or responding here otherwise they will remain in my KIV list as long as they remain dormant. I may sound harsh but I have good reasons to do so.

Hi, candyfairy
I approved two or three friend requests days ago and then promptly received referral links. Now, I have 5 friend requests from people with zero discussions/responses. I have not approved their requests yet because I am a little suspicious. I check on them every now and then if their numbers have gone up. Sadly, they are still zero even after several days.

It's irritating right? lol how do you get rid of them from your friend's list? I just hate it when they do that.

When I first started in with mylot, it happened to me a lot. I think that the reason that it happened to me on such a regular basis was because of the fact that I accepted all of the friend requests that I got. However, I now wait and make sure that a person is actually going to be active in the community here before I will accept them as a friend and by doing that, it has honestly been quite some time since I've received a lot of unsolicited links.

I went to my friends to delete the user that had 0 posts beside their name and lo and behold, there icon has disappeared. I guess they have been reported by someone else and were removed from the site. It saves me from doing it. I thought they were a newbie and was giving them a chance until I got their spam emails too.

try not to send any referal links to the post it will deduct your earnings from your account if you like to post your referral links post it in your profile. i had done also this mistake before without knowing and my balance has reduced to zero try to avoid this foolish tricks to maximize your referrals.

I'd never do that to anyone unless they asked me how I made money online, doing that to random people doesn't make them like you more. Then you're just being annoying.

Yeah..It's really annoying to be able to receive such referrals even if we didn't seek for it. It happened to me so many times but I used to disregard it.
