The size of the toaster oven is important. In some you barelly will put a toast, in others (like mine) you can do anything.
In my oven I can bake cakes, roast meat and a whole chicken (if I put the rack at it´s lowest). I make lasagne and puddings of several types, quiches and pies.
My toaster oven does not have that gadget where you put meat or chicken pieces to turn around. If it did, I´d take it out as I use all the space I have to bake and roast. I have a big kitchen oven but I haven´t used it for years as the oven is too low and my back hurts. I even make cookies in the small oven. I have a separate microwave oven but I don´t like it and scarcelly use it to heat rice.

I had this 2 days ago.
On my torlilla wrap,
spread on mayo,
sprinkle pepper,
put in cooked chicken or sausage,
diced tomatoes, and lastly
a slice of cheese
Wrap it up and put it in the toaster. Make sure the toaster browns the torlilla though.
Enjoy!

Why don't you make hot cheese sandwiches? Simply make your favorite sandwich, add some cheese, put it in the oven and the cheese will melt and make it all quite divine. I do this a lot when I don't feel like cooking, it's so easy!
