if you have ever hired domestic helper at home, then you eill know the headache of this employment. We hired people to work at home usually to fill our need such as care for elderly, take care of baby or young children then you can go to work,or something thnat can help to reduce your own work load.Unfortunately, not all these domestic helpers are good and in fact some are terrible or evil. These domestic helpers are mainly from Philippine,Indonesia,Thailand and Nepal.I wouldn't say all employers are good too since there are always good guys and bad guys in everything. But as an employer, you want to hire someone who can give you help and not trouble. We have whole bunch of compliant everyday about how these helpers work : some would steal things ,some would use your house address to borrow money from those high interest agency and end up the employer get all the trouble innocently.Soem would abuse the children and the elderly at home while the employer is not there and anything that you can't even imaginea human wwould do that.I really want to understand whythey jsut keep doing that at keep on hurting those good employers? Perhaps you have jsuch an experience or opinion that you want to share with us.It is your turn now.

The sole blame is not on those who are committing the bad acts but the people who have hired them. Every domestic helper should endure an extensive background check before they are allowed to work in your home. If they come throgh an agency then the agency should be researched thourghly. Take every procaution to make sure the help you are getting is quality.

We tried hiring one a long time ago my mom will be working abroad. We hired a very young helper , I forgot if I'm older than her or younger than her a few years apart. She looks kind but we didn't know that she doesn't know anything about house chores.
The 1st day she cooked for us, she cut big slices of meat and cooked a big casserole of vegetables swimming in the soup. She also ruined some of my new clothes because she mixed washing all the colored clothes and the plain ones.
That awful 1st day made me cry and wished my mom never left us. But as time goes by , we taught her how to do everything, it got better. We only let her stay for a month then decided to just divide the chores among ourselves after that.
