marriage is a belief, it depends on people and society you live in. marriage is a proof to avail property share or alimony, proof for the children. with true love and honesty you can live together without marriage. but for many legal proceedings u need the proof i.e a marriage certificate.

For me... a man proposing to a woman is a sign of love.. it signifies that you would want this someone to spend your lifetime with and be the mother or father of your children..that's ideally a reason enough but at these modern times... getting married is already done for various reasons other than love.., some get married for convenience.., for money..,for fame and for any number of reasons that is not love..=(

Marriage is the last confirmation of love (which is true for true lovers)
But sadly, some couples get divorced or separation after years of being married.
Some may not end up with separation but the one may do cheating (usually the husband)
Marriage is not a surety of true love means.
Marriage proposal can be a proof of honesty and love, but not the last resort.
Have a good day always

marriage is a dedication to your partner.its not a sign of love, well part of it is love.you have to love your partner to marry her right?it takes alot to maintain a marriage relationship.it might feel good a few weeks after the wedding but a few years after thats where your relationship will be tested if you truly love your partner.
