My Pup Keeps Scratching

About nearly 3 weeks ago when my pups were brought to me I saw ticks the very next day I went to the vet and he prescribed me front line spray to get rid of the ticks, it says too that it gets rid of fleas. My dog has been scratching a lot lately and I wonder what now? There are no more ticks and no more fleas what could be the cause of the excessive scratching?
She has her own bed and I change it every week. Also she sleeps on top of a table we do not use anymore and I always clean it so I am wondering what's causing her to scratch.

Dogs have any number of reasons to scratch. She may have ear mites or a skin condition. Have you checked her ears? If she is scratching excessively, you may want to have it checked by the vet. Best of luck!

It could also be that she has an allergy to the spray that the Vet used for the ticks. I had this happen to my dog. Finally ended up using Advantage plus as a monthly preventive for fleas, ticks and mosquitoes, I get mine from 1800 pets through Big Crumbs. It is cheaper than the vet and I get cash back from Big Crumbs.

Sounds to me like the pup might have eczema or some other kind of skin condition. I know that it is probably not something that you want to do, but you should probably call your vet and tell them about the scratching that your pup is doing. It might be that the vet will be able to give you a recommendation over the phone of how to treat it. Otherwise, they might want you to bring her in and check her out to see if she has some kind of skin medication that requires a special medication or treatment.

Will probably the chemicals in the spray because my puppy keeps scratching a lot but she is only 5 months so we can't buy the tick and flea drops till she is 8 months maybe it is because your pup is only 3 weeks and is to small for that spray

She could have a skin allergy. (My neighbor's dog is currently on antibiotics for just that.)
