Lots of people are struggling to make money both on and offline. It's not easy. There are also a lot of scams out there, some are cleverly disguised and hard to detect. However, there are some genuine business opportunities that even clever teenagers can take advantage of. Here's an example:

I don't know what to think of this one. What do you think? Possible? B.S.? True?
Can teenagers make more money online than some professionals working 9-5?

I think this is scam. I doubt that a teenage can make more money than a proffessional. My experience with earning money online, is that if it pays more than minimum wage, then its going to be hard work or a scam. My advice with earning online is go for lower earnings, but less work, such as blogging on mylot, or search and win sites, and so on (see my profile for 2 sites like that). That way, doing about 2 minutes a day, for every dya of the year, turns into around £60 or so, which makes for a nice little treat

The teen would have to be a genius and very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of online marketing. But, a while back, I remember this one 16-year-old that was interviewed for making millions online back in 2007. OK. Here's the video:

Yeah, it is possible tweetbird. Age has nothing to do with online earnings. If You have the brains and the attitude to work hard and make money, well teenagers too can make big money. I have come across some teenagers making big money on internet.

There are so many scams online right now and apart from the scams, those genuine business sites' online earnings are very little. So definitely it is not easy to earn money through internet, especially Huge Money you said.Definitely they need more patience and persistent spirit and it is not so easy.I still believe that professional working can earn more money than online working.Meanwhile,it is safer than online working.

I wouldn't say it's possible for teenagers to earn more then people with 9-5 jobs but I would say they could try to start saving up with their earnings to have good funds stashed away for plans in the future. If I would have known about online earning a couple of years ago I would probably have enough to salvage a down payment on a house.
I think that online earning could provide enough funds for people to be able to get a house without working a normal day job it would just take a lot of time and dedication. I think that we all need to work on working smarter and not harder in the years to come.
We cannot continue working mindless day jobs to only barely have enough money to pay your bills. I hope that the online earning business will boom so we won't all have to experience daytime slavery working for minimum wage.

I can tell you that teenagers have the same chance as professionals to become rich from online marketing. Some teenagers really have the drive and willingness to learn and apply what they have learned in order to become rich in online marketing. Something which is lacking in most of us. If I read about people wanting to become rich online, I always ask: do you know SEO? 95% chance they don't and then you simply can barely become rich. And then I haven't even mentioned other important skills you must have.

Hmmm, it is debatable, that is for sure. I found a way where I can make as much as 5 dollars an hour online, working for myself. So 8X5 is 40 dollars USD total income earned in a day, in a week 200( monday to friday), so about 800 dollars a month, cleared. Plus, once you get going you make more, because you get passive income on top of that. Sticking to the example, the next paycheck would be 900 a month (working the same time), the next month 1000, the next 1100.... the next 2000. All working on the freelance writing site Triond. But, to get up to 1000 dollars a month passive income a month, that would be 10,000 articles written. So, you would actually have to work at it.

I think a teen can make money online, but ti's going to take a lot of work, so they should make online money on the side if they already have a job.

i believe that anybody can make money online, as long as they are dedicated and hard-working. this is no different between a teenager and an adult. in my research, i have seen many online job oppertunities which require the user to be 18, but many many other oppertunities that do not. after it all, anybody can make money online, age is not such a hinder when the individual looking for the job will keep looking and not give up or be discouraged.
