laptop built in microphone problems....? / myLot

So I have acer aspire laptop and the cam is ok but the microphone is cracky and it sounds really creepy sometimes.Any idea how I can fix it?

have you tried contacting support for the brand or searching the net for that brand of laptop and model? it might be a common problem some one else has figured out how to fix and you can do whatever they did..
