Tonight I had a patient and i asked him why I never see him in morning and afternoon shift. It's always graveyard then he answered, "if i take that shift of the day, would there be anyone for graveyard?" I got what he meant. No one could take the graveyard shift and I told him. "isn't that unfair?"
He said, "It's ok, there is no fair in life."
