Huge road traffic last Wednesday,the worst in my entire Life!

It happened last Wednesday August 4 2010,3:49pm at our place here in Marikina and some parts of Rizal Metro Manila Phillipines, sudden rainfalls that lasted for 35 to 45 minutes,no typhoons signals, it seems like a normal rainy season but no, it made the whole area paralyze,it made all the road to my Home flooded waist level..even the alternate road was also flooded.I think the drainage system was not working well and there are on going drainage fixing in that area,thus made that unforgettable experience.I usually go Home at 7:20 pm at my work and i travel about 18 kms from office to Home which only take 30 to 40 minutes including traffic.But that day was the worst one,it was Home by 1:20 am,it took me 6hours and 20 minutes from office to Home..my gas gauge was lit on,and worst i spent my last money for a 4 liters gas and i keep an amount for any added emergency that i would be encountering in the road..by the way, the road to my Home is quite Mountainous it is a nice place you can view the entire City at night...Luckily i was Home, Hug my wife and Kid and ate my Dinner..Do you have experience like this one?

Nature's revenge I must say. We have been destroying the nature and now its time for it to do what we did to it. Same thing is happening in Pakistan. There are floods everywhere and it has killed almost 2000 people so far, and this is the number reported on media, some say the number of deaths has reached up to 3000.
We still have time. Let's stop emitting the gases hazardous for the nature. Let's stop destroying the natural habitats, and let's not mess with the nature, because if we still keep doing that, we will always face destruction.

Nature's revenge,yes i think its one of the factors why incidents like this happens,some just like to improve and Develop the World but with little studying and Precautions on its effect...It is happening all over the world,even in the richest nations on Earth..and mostly the poor and innocent are the Victims...Thanks for your time...
