Well, if you don't try to do something at the first time, you won't never know, or you won't learn a thing. That is what happen yesterday, me and my friend trying to replace a cartridge ribbon for the labeling machine. Although it was complicated as it seems, but we can still follow the photo illustration to step by step get through it. My other co - worker strongly forbid us to do so, and insist that we have to wait for the supervisor to do the work. But if we don't try it, we never know how to do it. At the end, we got it figure it out, and make it work perfectly. So, sometimes, you have to take a shot, otherwise, you never learn to do things.
