how much multi vitamins are useful?

As per as globlisation is getting faster our eating behavouar are also changing day by day. We are not caring for our meals whatsoever we get in a shape of fast food,we digested them but some question is still haunting, Is these fastfoods are providing us multivitamins and fibres? , if fast-food habbit going on continue what could be happened with us? so my dear friends let me suggest what should I do for my fast-food habbit?

I hope you stop eating on fast food as it gives large cholesterol intake on our body. We might not feel the negative effects now but we will when we get older. Some illness like Cancer and Diabetes are through eating junk foods and foods from fast food like fries and burger. Vitamins will help us and protect us in little ways, it is still important that we eat healthy foods like vegetables and fruits and rich in vitamins to support our body. WE also need exercise.

useful vitamins for vegetable, fruits. daily morning apple,carat,orange,etc...any fruit mixed honey all mixed eat for good vitamins.

If we follow a good healthy diet there is no need to take in any extra vitamins, I don't eat fast foods but make my foods all from scratch
