DvD ram dont read anything

I have this really big problem and totally lost....
I have LG GH22 it works fine before but suddenly it can't read anything
When try to open Dvd Drive its blank though I am inserting disk with content
Please help me.. I am totally lost. trying solutions... and it drives me crazy....

it seems you have an error with the dvd driver? or dvd rom?
if there were a dvd driver, you can try to upgrade your driver by downloading
i have ever got a problem about the driver , so in my nero there is not shown my pioneer drive,and then i'm upgrading my driver and it works
but if an error is your dvd rom, i suggest to replace it.

Thanks for the reply, I already done that one of solution I've seen online.. but still not working... I guess I need to bring it to technician to look for. I have no more idea with the... system. I already tried it all solution for the system but... nothing works... Anyway again thanks... Prosperous Mylotting
