So I just got this when trying to respond to a discussion, unable to post content. please modify your text to only include letters, numbers, and standard punctuation. I am on my phone typing and I've never gotten this message before. It was so odd because my post didn't even have anything but letters on the normal English keyboard. I'm not even sure why I got this message. Have you ever gotten this message or any other weird message from mylot?

If by mistake you typed this '' then your post will not go through. HTML codes are not allowed in discussions and it won't post because of that.

I thought that I hadn't put one either when it happened to me but after looking closer, I found it. It often happens just before my monthly manicure

I never got a message like this one. You probably used a forbidden character. All accentuated characters in my language are working... Happily you are now able to post again !

Did you use any symbols like a dollar sign or the number sign, or something from the shifted keyboard like that? Sometimes, on some cellphones, those are actually "symbols" and not normal type characters, so some sites won't recognize them or you get an error message like that. Even parenthesis on some phones are read as symbols by other sites. I notice this problem when I post from my phone to Twitter, and then my Twitter automatically updates my Facebook - Facebook does not understand the symbol-characters all the time. It posts them, but they come out looking like the html code equivalent (the letters) and not the symbol that was used.

No I didn't use any symbols. I just used English like I an typing now. I didn't enter any special characters that are possible on my phone, just the normal keyboard function.
