Are GTA Multiplayer and samps servers good game?!?

Hi everyone. I hope you know this game =D. Do you know sa:mp??? That`s one cool version of GTA multiplayer. I play it 3 months. It`s really cool game, you download hacks and start play, without hack it aren`t fun if you don`t have skills xD. I have skills and use hack. Skill use on my server and one server where i admin, and i use hack where admins aren`t online. Multiplayer is good game in start, from my mind, cause tha`ts just for fun. I meet a lots of friends. But when you find laggs, how to shoot, a lots of bugs on scripts and servers,,,,, You`ll stop play it. Players have a big ping like 200+. I love that game. I love stunts, dm. I don`t love roleplay. I ask yoU: What you think about this?
