We might be working nearly 8-10 hours in a day.... I will give us a lot of stress. I am getting such a stress that i cannot tolerate i... How Can I reduce the stress??

It is not the work that stresses you out -- it is the work environment and your own attitude towards work that drains you out. It depends on what you are working as. If you are a field guy - the marketing / business executive type, you can always have some time out and take a coffee or coke or anything that you feel can relieve your stress. If you are in the office, then the best way if to follow yoga and meditation. Yoga can be done while at the office too at least Baba Ramdev says so and this one was the reason he rose to stardom at the Times Square. Mediation needs to be done at home and is the best way to release stress. If you do that you will also become a better person who can concentrate and perform better. Health experts says that exercise is one good way to fight stress. Stress from work is normal esp when we were facing problems with our works. So i guess exercise can be a good help to relax some muscles and also to release some toxins which is the main cause of having stress. Our body releases more toxins when we are angry and stressed. So,in order to release also the toxins that causes stress,we must do some exercise. One way of releasing toxin is thru sweating,and only exercise can make sweats a lot. Have a wonderful weekend

Love what you do and you will not work another day in your life. Focus on the finer things about your work. If you cannot find anything then maybe you are in the wrong occupation. Try to look for the work you love doing. Acid test: if you are currently working in your current company and you won't be receiving salary, will you still do it? If not, then you are in the wrong line of work.

it's important that you take small breaks in between. Also, don't bring home your work. Do something relaxing on your off too.

Try to give a time for playing or talking to your co workers see to it that the topic can make you smile.Because smiling can less stress specially at work.For me i don't push my self in anything of course it is your duty to perform well at the office but try to be balance, give time to your self.After office hours try to go relax your self watch movies, disco or bar and maybe hangout with your friends.It really help to reduce stress at work.
