Do you think if a women works hard, has a positive self image, and just wants to get it done, is wrong for getting a procedure done? I was thinking...with so many cases of overdoing it (lil kim, angie dickinson, wendy williams,i could go on). It makes everything look so bad. But I know a few affluent women who have things like their noses done, or their boobs(after childbirth), a tummy tuck, but they were happy before. They only got one procedure and haven't been back. But then so many people talk so badly about plastic surgery. I believe if you're over 21 and can afford to do it and it's not cuz your boyfriend told you to, why not. Also if you're not gonna have everything on the menu done. What say you folks? Speak your peace!

Plastic surgery is a medical specialty concerned with the correction or restoration of form and function ,The importance of reconstructive plastic surgery that repairs damage caused by scarring skin tumours or the replacement of severed fingers or limbs is apparent but few people, other than the patient's family and doctors, are in a position to appreciate the renewed vigour and joiede vivre that the removal of a cosmetic way. So it is need to make the dream come true for many of us .

UNless if I had no other choice, I'd much prefer to do everything the natural way. If I wanna slim down, liposuction's not gonna do it. Exercise and dieting will.
If I think I'm ugly, or my nose is too big, or my boobs are too small, the best thing to do is accept who I am, be thankful for it, and learn to love myself.
I won't impose my beliefs on other people because it is their decision and it's their life.
I'm not closing my doors but for now, plastic surgery's definitely not on my list.

I have never considered plastic surgery for myself. i always thought that people considering this were unhappy with their appearance. the only way i could consider this for myself would be if something were life threeatening. if it was sa matter of my survival than i would consider plastic surgery. Otherwise i would not.

Well, I think that plastic surgery with moderation is a good thing, but there are many people that seem to become addicted and end up looking like real life monsters . It makes me wonder why are there people who like to make themselves ugly with plastic surgery.

Plastic surgery revolves around one aspect;CHOICE. People like lil kim, Heidi Montag choose to do that to their bodies because that's what makes them satisfied. Other people shouldn't judge them for being fake because they coose that path they choose to be fake and wether you like it or not even if you change you are who you are meaning that the chang is a part ofyou so you still are yourself. I think people overreact over plastic surgery too much and should let people do what they want to do. Change is a part if life everyone just needs to acept it.
