Anything by "Days of the New". they are a great acoustic alternative rock group. Almost any rock song can be made acoustic if you use a little creativity. The trick is to not try and play it the same way, using the same chords and progressions etc. Give it your own flavor. You almost have to approach it like writing an entirely new song.
