Help....................."Suspicious activity"

Do not feel bad about this on my very first day as the guideline suggest I used the toolbar and on my first try I received this message. I panicked and though oh my goodness I am going to be banned. So I waited like a month and did the same thing and again I got the message again, so I just do not use it, even if the guidelines say we should, just to be on the sage side I just don't.
