Weekend getaway

Would you prefer a weekend getaway to a lovely waterfall with a beautiful bird sanctuary?Or a serene lake?You decide?

I think that we need a getaway sometimes, when we feel that there is so many problems along the way, that we need some space to breathe and I picture myself of course going to the beach, together with my family. Not thinking about the problems, just relaxing the mind and body and soul. Then we sit on a bonfire and talk and joke about life. Oh what a happy scene. But come to think of it... wherever I am, it feels like heaven as long as I am with my family. Happiness is beyond compare.

Thank you for your response.I'm happy with my family,But we live in a city where there is no beach for more than 150 kilometers.The only places where we can have a good time with family are these lakes,mountains and waterfalls other than places of historical importance.I'm very happy with my family but families also need to go out on an outing once in a while to bring a sense of togetherness and change from routine this is what i meant by a getaway.We haven't gone out of town for more than 2 years and these small trips recharge everyone in the family.

Wow, in my place there is also a waterfall. Have you ever heard of Pagsanjan Falls here in the Philippines? It's a tourist destination and is known all over the globe. And you said you are also near the falls...it's very relaxing and I'm very sure your family will all love it. Now, all you have to do is plan for this one, and I'm hoping that you can go there to unwind and to keep your family bonds strong. Have a nice day!
