Women shouldn't have a great ambition about money?

In a way your friend got a point but now a days most women need to work and that means less time with the family. But if the husband earns well enough then maybe she could focus more on taking care of the family but it doesn't mean she will be a stay home mom not just too focus on her job. In my case I'm more focus on earning money so I'm staying single.

Female or male has all the right to earn big bucks. There's a lot of women who earn big money and yet they are also good homemakers. It is just a matter of priority making and a good deal of self-modifications!

That sounds like some older thinking. I have plenty of ambition about money... who doesn't? I want better for our family you can't get "better" if you don't help contribute to the finances. I think most women handle the tasks of running a household and a job just fine. Though I think since my kids are small a part time job is sufficient for me but I do have ambitions for our retirment and other things... sadly we lack the means with me not working full time.

I completely disagree. Some women are even better at handling money than some men, so it is all about the individual, not the gender. Making money and working can make some women better mothers and wives even!

On this discusstion,i am absolutely hold the opposite view.women should have money as man do ,as least she should make enough money for herself .thought she married,she shouldnt lose the ability of earning money.in lots of case,she can take care of her family and work well. take me for example,i wont give up my work ,and if there were ways i can make money,i wont let it go .i cant image staying at home all day doing the boring housework or watching television,it's such a waste of time.
