How many hours do you sleep?

Everyday I got only 4 to 5 hours sleep maybe because my body adapt this kind of routine everytime.Many of my friends say you must have atleast 8 hours sleep everyday but for me it just ok to me have 4 to 5 hours.And somebody say maybe because of my age right now and i said to them maybe these is the adaptation of my body because there a lot to do everyday.Guys! how long do you sleep?

As of now i am sleeping 10 to 12 hours. I don't know previously i was sleeping around 6 to 8 hours but now its more than 10 hours. Daily i try to get up early in the morning but don't know i will get up late every day.

That's good for you my friend and it seems your are not busy right now.I think its really depends in our activities in our everyday life.

Actually even if you said you adopt it, it is still bad to not take the proper hours to sleep and rest your body while detoxifying you must consult for a doctor for your sleeping problem. I sleep for 8 hours every night but sometimes I sleep for only 6 or 7 hours and sometime 8 to 9 hours.

Maybe your right maybe i have a problem in my sleeping habit.Thanks for the advice i will check my doctor also.

I usually sleep around 7 hours. If I sleep less than that I notice I will be tired through out the day.

Hi, I believe we need to sleep for at least 6 hours in a day. 4 to 5 hours per day is less, you may feel like your body is adapted to it, and yes it does to some extent but still it needs a little more rest. Take care.

You should sleep one more hour means 6 hours in one day it will be ideal time to have a sleep in one day. I also give 6-7 hours to sleep not more than that..

about 4-5 hours too. but studies have said that you should sleep a lot more, even if you're getting older. because sleeping is like renewing your mind... they say. and also proven that you loose weight if you sleep at the exact time and if you sleep more.

I think it depend also to the routine you've done everyday.If you are always doing the same routine everyday your body adapt that and your body adjust to the system that you have.
