Hi all mylotters!
During this pre-season of football/soccer league to start, we heard a lot of news about transfers and deals for upcoming season. The most transfers we already known so far made by Manchester City (English Premier League), Real Madrid (La Liga) and Barcelona (La Liga).
These clubs spent millions of euros to bring the best players to the clubs as what the management of the clubs already considered and considering to bring into the club to strengthen their grip in the European football/soccer league.
Currently there's some news about Arsenal (English Premier League) player Cesc Fabregas to move to Barcelona (Spanish La Liga). Chelsea (English Premier League) and Manchester United (English Premier League) somehow not really moving to bring in some players to their clubs as aggressive as the clubs mentioned so far even though their coaches given green light by the management of the clubs to get new players to strengthen the club.
It's been interesting news to all those clubs fans about the move of players around Europe football/soccer league.
So, now as the each league season about to start, which will be worth to watch and follow with?
And why are these leagues worth to follow with their news?
Also which is your favorite clubs in these 2 most prestige league in Europe and why you support and become their fans?
Happy discussing!

I am not sure what makes a league better or worser than the other. If it is the big names, then it has to be La Liga this season as it has Kaka, Ronaldo and Messi all playing there who are the last three world footballers of the year. But if it is more rapid action and more competitiveness, then it is EPL over La Liga, because in La Liga there are two clubs namely Barcelona and Real Madrid and then the rest. But in EPL, you have at least three clubs fighting for top honors in Arsenal, Man U and Chelsea with at least another 3 clubs pushing them hard in Liverpool, Man City and Tottenham.
Cheers!

I agree on the competitive part within the EPL. But somehow, if within the European Champions League, these EPL, BIG 4 (Arsenal, Chelsea, Mancester United, Liverpool) clubs will face the other clubs from other leagues and will meet up with Spanish La Liga clubs and the rest of champions in their own league in Europe.
So the worth to follow and watch at is the EPL over Spanish La Liga? Or perhaps there are some other clubs in the Spanish La Liga which yet to rise up to compete with Barcelona and Real Madrid which soon will be part to ruin these 2 clubs domination in their league.

I think last year was a real bad year for the English Clubs in the Champions League, but if you look at the 5 years before that they have done really well. This season again I think Man U and Arsenal are stronger, though I feel Chelsea do not seem to be much stronger than last year.
Cheers!

If the Chelsea this year can't retain their title, It'll be another sack for their coach again. Anyway, let's just see the upcoming of progress in those league.

I have also preferred La Liga myself, because I think the way they play (most teams) is more interesting than the Premier league way. But the Premier League is also quite nice, I think it is the second best league in the world, after La Liga!
