What are the things you need to do to get a bunch of viewers and subscribers on youtube?

Just make sure that the video you are posting is interesting and that it will attract many people, whichever are your interest because there are many people that have the same interest as others do, so just try to be real on the video that you post and make it interesting and not boring, and try not to make it too long as well because if you see around youtube there are a lot of videos that are long but they end up boring you and we just change it, and you want people to look at the whole video and no just only look but like it.

yes l see your point. but l still feel that even if it's interesting l'll never get views just because l'm not that popular and my videos way back on the search page.
