Well, for someone who is non Diabetic, the average should be right around 80 or back to around that right after you eat. If you are pre diabetic your sugar levels will be over 80-85 even after eating. If your blood sugar levels are over 135 all of the time then it is time to either consider changing some things about your eating patterns and the way you excercise or see a Dr. and get some medications and advice. Well, if you are really interested in learning about Sugar levels and Excercise there are many Good fitness type books out there, and many programs out there that can help. If you watch some of the cooking shows you can learn more about what foods to avoid more as well. All I can say is being able to do some excercise will surely help in the weight department and sugar department usually as well. Doing a lot of walking and sit ups is just a start especially when money is tight for sure.

To discuss about blood sugar level we must take into consideration of Glucose level in blood. Normal glucose levels fall between 70 and 150 mg. Levels typically are lower in the morning, and rise after meals. Blood sugar levels falling consistently above 150 are indicative of hyperglycemia, or high blood sugar. Chronic low levels, falling below 70, characterize hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar.
