Why should one make friends on Triond?

Ok, so I just joined Triond, and while I get why you should post articles there, there are quite a few other things I am not quite sure of yet. Like, why should you make friends with other Triond users? What are the benefits of that? And what is the best way to promote your articles? Any insights other Triond users might have would be very helpful...

Its like the easiest way to tell people that your posting articles. If you notice on the dashboard page you will see Friends news on the bottom right corner. This is where you see friends articles and where they see yours.
You should add people who are like minded to your articles. What I mean is search your articles up on the explorer and go add the other article writers that come up. You might intrigue them and they will read your articles.

When you are just starting off, adding people as friends on Triond makes a HUGE difference in your earnings. They are the first people who will read your articles, and some times they even help you promote your articles, bringing you more views and earnings. If you want to get some friends on Triond, go to other articles and comment on them, add them as a friend, and they will most likely do the same to you. Also, friends can give you writing tips.
