I am a huge music lover.I love music so much I even have music notes tatted on me. I have my own recording studio because i went to school to learn how to create music and mix and master. I want to lean music in and out. I listen to all kinds of music if i were to name them I'd be sitting here all day. It has to be from the 50's on up.I will listen to anything. In my opion good music is exactly that good music.I dont care who it's by.I will lsten to gospel, blues hiphop, r&B, pop, country, rock ect. I love to write music. I am even learning to read it.Music is so therapeutic for me it is about the only thing i can spend hours on and not get paid. I just love it. I dont know what i would do if the world was without music.

I agree you're a huge music lover. You are not picky when choosing a song to listen to. Good musicians and music lovers are not picky or choosy. You can listen to all kinds of songs, old and new, soft and loud, modern or ethnic, whatever...
Keep it up! We're the same!

The one song that has really given me the chills since the beginning of this year is Whatever you Say by Martina McBride. It honestly has nothing to do with the message of the song or with the lyrics of the song. Instead, it is because of the fact that I lost one of my very closest friends on January first and she and I were both karaoke singers. This was a song that I always wanted her to sing because she always nailed it and whenever I hear the song it makes me think about her.

I'm also a music lover. I listen to all kinds of songs, although not rock because it's so irritating to my ears. Since I got my phone, I always play my playlist everytime I go out of the house, or even while I'm studying. I even sing it out loud when I'm in my room, and banging my head to the beat. It's really healthy to listen to music because it helps me relax and focus on what I do.

Its awesome to kno here others out there like me, I am a musician and a huge music fan and love discovering new artists and songwriters as a hobby. Music can capture emotions and can completely flip my bad mood on its head when ever im down. My life would be boring and bland without this art and I am always thankful for it.

I love music, today I downloaded some songs I saw on a Yahoo list because I hadn't downloaded them yet, or just plain forgot, and the other day I downloaded some songs from "Despicable Me".
I am pretty eclectic. I like all different types of music. I love singing and dancing to music that moves me.
I used to sing, and I still do sometimes, but not as much as I used to. Everyone says that I have a great voice, but I am afraid of getting sick and losing that voice.
These days, I mostly just listen to music for fun.

Hi coryi2010,
My great grand father and grand father both were music composers and head priests of our Church and things changed from my father's generation, they got into different occupation. I have always wanted to play drums, i was so fond of it from my childhood. I have passion for it, that is one the reasons i was able to learn to play them on myself through video instructions and observation. I am no pro or anything and currently i am doing my engineering. I would have been glad to join some good music school but our society and culture is a little different. When i will build my home i would build a small studio too. My brother play guitar. We have given our performances in inter college band competitions and my brother's band won the prize, i was happy for him. He has graduated in the field of computer science and engineering. And he too wishes to own a small studio where we could record some of our stuffs. I hope everything goes well.

Well, i never heard of a person like that. But I have to agree with you. What would life be without music?
I am a violinist and I dont care much of the genre I play or how old the music my mentor is teaching me to play. I just go with the music and feel like it's in me. It's very nice :)

I think you are attracted by music and I admire you that you could compose music by yourself . I guess you must create many good songs , do you ? I love to listen music too , but I am sure that I do not spend much time in it , not like you . Good luck to you , because the music is a good hobby for you .
